Sometimes you can feel as though you live a decade in a single year. In this video, Deniz Aktosun reflects with quiet wisdom on one such year of trial, resilience and change in her own life. We might not know just when we come to life’s crossroads, she says, but when we arrive we can strive to make choices with grace and confidence by loving life -- in all its joy and melancholy.
Deniz Aktosun is a psychologist and psychotherapist. In 2005 she established a successful private counseling service London. In 2011, she returned to her beloved Istanbul with her two kids, after a long treatment for Breast Cancer. She currently works extensively with individuals, couples and groups.
